Becoming a work placement company

Kenwerk welcomes new companies applying for certification. In addition to the various formal criteria Kenwerk uses for certification, your company needs to meet additional conditions before being able to apply for certification as a work placement company. These additional conditions are:

• appointing a mentor to coach trainees;
• investing sufficient time in coaching the student / trainee;
• having access to the internet, including an active e-mail address;
• logging on to the Kenwerk webportal at least once a year to update your company details.

Your company can apply for certification as soon as it meets all conditions required.
