Applying for certification

Online registration
As soon as your company meets all conditions, you can apply for certification by submitting your details in the registration form below and sending it to Kenwerk by e-mail:

Your username and password will then be sent to your e-mail address.
The personalized username and password enable you to log on and acquire access to the application form for certification.

Log in to the Kenwerk-portal
As soon as you have received your username and password by e-mail you apply for certification as a work placement company by filling out our digital application form.

How to fill out the form?

Select 'International companies' from the log in menu (top righthand corner of your screen) and use your username and password to log in.
Fill in the requested details regarding your company profile, staff policy, industrial release policy and trade techniques. As your are filling out the form, the system will simultaneously check and inform you whether you are eligible for certification.
Completing the form will take about an hour of your time. Please print it and send it to Kenwerk after having signed it.

At Kenwerk, we will check your details, after which you will receive information regarding the certification. Applying for certification as well as your registration in the Kenwerk Register of Internationally-certified work placement companies is free of charge.
